- How long have you worked for the company and how did you get to where you are today?
I started with the company back in 2017 as a Recruiter in our Downey Branch (such a great team) but sadly because of the Covid lockdown in 2020 I was let go… However I always kept communication with the company and in November of 2021 I decided to return for a great opportunity working with the Operation team. From a Recruiter to Operation Admin to Talent Development Manager. Lots of work, dedication, ups and downs but always loving my job and what I do. This is how I got where I am today and I will keep working until I reach the next step.
- What are your responsibilities and what do you enjoy most about your position?
My responsibilities are: Internal recruiting when needed, training and develop new and current staff, create job orders for all branches and ensure fill ratio is accurate. I enjoy the most training and develop the team to succeed and celebrate their achievements.
- What stands out to you about the company culture?
