  1. How long have you worked for the company and how did you get to where you are today?
    I started with the company back in 2017 as a Recruiter in our Downey Branch (such a great team) but sadly because of the Covid lockdown in 2020 I was let go… However I always kept communication with the company and in November of 2021 I decided to return for a great opportunity working with the Operation team. From a Recruiter to Operation Admin to Talent Development Manager. Lots of work, dedication, ups and downs but always loving my job and what I do. This is how I got where I am today and I will keep working until I reach the next step.
  2. What are your responsibilities and what do you enjoy most about your position?
    My responsibilities are: Internal recruiting when needed, training and develop new and current staff, create job orders for all branches and ensure fill ratio is accurate. I enjoy the most training and develop the team to succeed and celebrate their achievements.
  3. What stands out to you about the company culture?
    JobSource mission to find the right fit for applicants looking for temporary or full-time jobs, stands out to me. JobSource make us all feel important, appreciated and wanted from internal employees to all branch temps.
