Must have ability to move large or heavy chemical drums (tools assisted) and set them up to re- pack into smaller packages and containers. Responsibilities include packing Solids and Liquids. Some Liquids are considered Solutions where compounding takes place before the packing process, this responsibility includes cleaning and sanitizing the packing room. Must be able to wear protective clothing garment to protect body, hands and face. Must be able to wear a full face respirator. Must be able to measure and weigh chemical material. Must be able to exam the color, aspect and appearance of the chemicals to observe any imperfections. Be able to use and read scales and room pressure monitors. Cross functional training may apply within the same Dept. or other Dept. Must past Fit test as well as Pulmonary Test.
