Customer Service Representative serves customers by providing product and service information. Responsible for resolving product and service issues.
This is a full-time position, with some weekends. Pay based on experience. We are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude with excellent people skills. Essential Job Functions:
Answering incoming phone calls.
Application Intake/handling/processing.
Efficiently entering applications on a daily basis.
Handle E-Verify
Perform background checks.
Place People on Hot Lists.
Perform other job tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must Type 40-45 WPM
Bilingual – English and Spanish.
Knowledge of Excel and Word. Comfortable with computer applications in general.
