Duties:
Heavy Data Entry
Excellent phone etiquette
Answer multiple line telephone, message taking and transfers
Open new customer accounts
Copy/ scanning/ saving documents
Creating Bills of Lading
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
File material in drawers, cabinets and boxes
Locate and remove materials from files when requested
Formats and routes documents through the signature and approval processes.
Integrate office paperwork to flow with shop
Qualifications:
Prior office experience with understanding of office dynamics
Working experience with office equipment
Great attention to detail
Ability to stay on task with constant interruptions
Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
Must be extremely well versed with Microsoft Suite applications
Prior experience with numbers and sizes a plus
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
